Service Description

PCB-Pal provides automated analysis and validation of PCB design files (Gerber files). Our service includes design rule checking, manufacturing feasibility analysis, and detailed feedback reports to help improve your PCB designs.

Account Terms

Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Usage Limits

• Free accounts: 3 analyses per month
• Pro accounts: Unlimited analyses
• File size limit: 50MB per upload
• Supported formats: Gerber files (.gbr, .zip)

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the service only for legitimate PCB design analysis
• Not upload malicious files or attempt to compromise our systems
• Respect intellectual property rights in your uploaded designs
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service access.

Limitation of Liability

PCB-Pal provides analysis results as guidance only. We are not responsible for manufacturing defects, design errors, or any damages resulting from the use of our analysis results. Always verify designs with your manufacturer.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your PCB designs. We do not claim ownership of uploaded files. PCB-Pal's analysis algorithms and reports are our intellectual property.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or service notifications.
